Item arrived well packaged. Unfortunately and unlike the description, it lacks the stickers to fix it on the dashboard of the car. It is supplied with a first cord having on one side a male plug for cigarette lighter and on the other side with a usb microphone to have to plug on the device. It is also supplied with a second cord on one side a microphone to plug on the device and on the other side with a red wire (positive) and a black wire (mass) to have to connect to a 12V power supply of the car. I have not tried it yet "in real" but however it makes me feel like a serious device. PS: The commercial service of AUTOOL that I contacted by email before my purchase to have technical information was very available and nice
